COLLECTION 2019
"Don't Float, make waves!"
The pretty face on the jeacket is that of a mermaid and you know how mermaids are...., beautiful, seductive but also very dangerous. To underline that, the colorfull jacket holds the poem of W.B. Yeats.
A mermaid found herself
a swimming lad, Picked him up for her own, pressed het body to his body, Laughed; and plunging down, forgot in cruel happiness, that even lovers drown. |
Who didn't stroll along the beach, looking for shells with all their beautifull, magical shapes.
And did you hear the sea, when you put the shell to your ear? It must have been a memorable, magical walk. The shells on this jacket symbolize all the treasures and other experiences the ocean give us. But the oceans and the the enchanting live beneath the waves are in danger and it is our task to be more consious in our behaviour. We need to practise big changes. We should stop floating and it's time for us to make waves. It's time to make durable changes! |
